The staff is committed to developing relationships of mutual trust with the families it serves and to respect the dignity of each family, each family's child rearing values, and their right to make decisions for their children. With only 8-10 children per classroom we can keep our children to teacher ratio low which enables us to provide more individualized attention to each child.
