Adult Ministries exists to equip adults to serve Christ with effectiveness in both their personal sphere of influence and in ministry as volunteers.

We envision believers having all the tools they need and all the supplies necessary for them to be victorious in all the God calls them to do. The Word of God is relevant and effective in all it teaches. Adult Ministries will assist adults in applying the truths of God's Word to their daily lives and situations.

As a congregation we gather together for a focused and interactive times of prayer throughout our ministry year. We call these gatherings "Concerts of Prayer." These events are usually connected to special times in the church calendar, such as Easter and Christmas. These times exist for us to gather together as a community to call on the name of God with one another.

Focus 3, Leadership Development Alberta, was established for the purpose of fostering a life-long leadership culture which develops godly leaders for influence in the Church and in the world. Focus 3 seeks the identification and formation of leaders through networking local churches with various leadership development resources. The primary focus is to raise up and empower leaders for the work of the Church...leaders who will stay the course for a lifetime of service.

Focus 3 consists of three phases of curriculum, each of which require ten months to complete The first phase is entitled Emerging Leaders. The focus of this phase is on the character and spiritual formation of the leader. The second phase is entitled Equipping Leaders. The focus of this phase is the formation of the skill set required to lead well.The third phase is entitled Enriching Leaders. Super Saturday is an opportunity for you to participate in a day of community and learning. We offer a variety of seminars covering topics including spiritual gifts, parenting, GBC membership, environmentalism, and spiritual disciplines. During the breaks and/or lunch, you'll get a chance to share what you've been learning with your friends and hear what they're learning too.
