The mission of GBC's Children's Ministries is to teach children to love and live like Jesus. It is accomplished as we focus on building a foundation for faith that will bring children into a relationship with Jesus Christ and equip them to make a difference in their world.

KIDZ B.L.O.X., Grace Baptist's Sunday Morning Children's Ministry, helps children from birth to grade 6 grow in a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. During each step of their spiritual journey, from the nursery to our elementary small groups, children find KIDZ B.L.O.X. to be a place to feel safe, secure, and loved by God and caring adults as they Build Lives On Christ.

• Baby B.L.O.X. Nursery: Nursery care is provided during our Sunday morning and evening activities for children up to 2 years of age. We have a check-in system with security tags, a call number display for parents, and separate rooms for babies and toddlers.
• Preschool KIDZ B.L.O.X. is our teach and learning time for preschool children, including age-appropriate Bible stories, songs and activities. All preschoolers are signed in by their parents who are given a security tag used to pick up children at the end of class.
• Elementary KIDZ B.L.O.X. is our teaching and learning time for students in grades K-6. Children gather for a large group lesson (Grades K-1, 2-3, 4-5, 6) taught creatively through drama, storytelling, puppets video, etc. They then go to small groups of 6-10 children for a time of prayer, Bible application activities and personal care by their small group leader.
• Special KIDZ B.L.O.X. is designed for special needs children who cannot be integrated into the regular program.

We are also excited to continue our Buddy Program and our Devotion Plan for Kids in Kidz Blox this year.

Our Kidz Club is an evening gathering (6:30pm - 8:00pm) that happens every month where children can connect with their friends, meet new people and have fun getting to know each other. This year with Kidz Club we will be learning new skills during our club meets!

April 21 - Fitness Class

The Kids Choir at Grace Baptist Church is open to those in grades 1-7. They rehearse on Sunday nights from 6:00pm-7:30pm. They present a number of different musical selections throughout the year with emphasis on Christmas and Easter. They are a group dedicated to equipping and teaching children the skills and love of music, and also to having fun!

Special events for families are held throughout the year, designed for families to come together, have fun, meet one another and introduce unchurched friends to the community at Grace Baptist Church.

Each summer we run Day Camps to introduce children to Jesus in a fun, non-threatening manner. This year's day camp will run from July 5 to August 13 including VBS from July 19-23. For more information, please contact Pastor Alice.
